We offer a cooling-off period for cancellations before your move-in date. After that,
cancellations vary based on circumstances.
We offer “No Place, No Pay” or “No Visa, No Pay” policies at many of our properties. You
can cancel without penalty if you don’t secure your university place or visa (subject to

Most of our accommodation includes utilities (electricity, water, heating), high-speed Wi-Fi,
and access to on-site facilities such as study rooms, laundry rooms, and communal spaces.
